Manufacturers Lobby for Looser Regulations on Drone Trade

US-based manufacturers of military drones are trying to persuade the US government to reduce restrictions on export, the LA Times reports. Click here for the article, which quotes Daryl Kimball of the Arms Control Association saying, “We’re talking about very sophisticated war machines here. We need to be very careful about who gets this technology. It could come back to hurt us.”
