Zim Times Reports Links Between MineTech Founder and ZANU-PF Defense Minister
The Zimbabwe Times reported this week that Emmerson Mnangagwa, “one of Zimbabwe’s most powerful politicians” and one of the country’s wealthiest, “has close business links with Colonel Lionel Dyck”, founder of the major commercial demining firm, MineTech International,
Col. Dyck had been an elite officer in both the Rhodesian and Zimbabwean armies. Dyck no longer runs MineTech, which is now owned by oil services and logistics company, Exploration Logistics.
